FINE ART / ILLUSTRATION

I'm an artist and art educator based in the city of Redlands, CA. My artistic journey began with a steady cultural diet of cartoons, comic books, Star Wars, and LEGO, which ignited my passion for creation.

I earned my BA in Studio Art from the University of Redlands in 2015, where I honed my skills in illustration and comics. This early focus paved the way for my current work, which is deeply influenced by the atelier tradition. Today, my subjects range from traditional still lifes and portraits to figures and mastercopies.

After obtaining my MFA in Teaching and Learning in 2021, I embarked on a new chapter at the Florence Academy of Art. This experience has profoundly shaped my artistic perspective, pushing me to explore new realms within the atelier tradition.

For the past four years, I've had the privilege of teaching high school art, where I find immense joy in nurturing the creative spark in my students. Each day brings new inspiration, and I'm excited to share my journey with you.
